Swiss Cowbell

from $24.50

I like good equipment, so you should trust me when I say these are good bells. Each region of Switzerland has it’s own particular design, with a specific purpose, and most are made cheap for tourists. You have to go to hardware and agricultural shops for the good stuff. A good bell, aside from having beefy canons and clapper, must be constructed from a high quality bell alloy and be brazed well at the seams to generate, and resonate, a true ring rather than a tinny thud. Much like precious metal vs clad coins, there’s no comparison. This bell style resists snow build up and cleans easily. Comes rigged with paracord bunny ears (glued knot) to slip right on your top rails. Engraved with our fresh “jumping happy person” line art logo.

.38 for scale.

• Small - This bell rests in a palm. It’s petite, ladylike, and polite with a very crisp ring. A “ding ding!”, similar to a bicycle bell, but with an added low note that carries distance.

• Medium - This bell is about the size of a small adult hand and I would describe the sound as a “bing bong!” It’s pretty loud with a distinctive “cowbell” bellow.

• Large - This is a bell a man bounces in his hand, impressed with the weight, and chuckles at the sound it kicks out. It could be a bit much. This is for somebody who really likes the cowbell sound.
